Food and hospitality is one of the busiest exhibition sectors in Australia. Trade-only events such as Fine Food Australia and Food & Hospitality Queensland target retail, foodservice and hospitality buyers, while the Good Food & Wine Show runs consumer editions in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
The two formats need different stands. Trade shows reward clear product ranges, sampling counters and space to take orders; consumer shows are about throughput, queues and point-of-sale.
