About this calendar

AU Trade Shows lists upcoming Australian trade shows and offers a free stand brief for exhibitors. This page says who publishes it, how a date gets onto the calendar, and how to reach Brijnco.

Who publishes it

AU Trade Shows is an independent calendar. It is not a show organiser, and it is not affiliated with the organisers or venues of the shows listed here. We do not sell floor space, tickets or booths.

The calendar is published in connection with Brijnco, an Australian exhibition stand builder. That is why the footer names Brijnco, and why a stand brief is emailed to Brijnco rather than kept on this domain. Brijnco builds stands for exhibitors. It does not organise the shows on this calendar.

How dates are checked

There is no public feed of Australian trade shows. Each listing is kept by hand and checked against the organiser’s own website.

• Dates, city, venue and the official website are taken from that organiser page. The show page prints the day of the check (“Checked against official source …”).
• The official website is linked only when that organiser page was opened for the check. Addresses are not copied from directory sites.
• If a detail is still unconfirmed — often the venue for a later edition — the row is marked “Partly confirmed” and the show page says what still needs confirming.
• A longer description appears only when the organiser published one, and it is labelled as coming from their site. If they did not publish one, that block is left off.
• Editions whose dates have passed are removed, rather than left up with old dates.

Confirm dates, booth rules and floorplans on the organiser’s site before you book. A listing here is a starting point, not the organiser’s notice.

Stand briefs

The stand brief is optional and free to submit. It asks for the show, stand size, timing and a few practical details so Brijnco can reply with a relevant quote. The enquiry is emailed to info@brijnco.com. Any proposal comes from Brijnco, not from this calendar. The privacy notice lists what the form stores.

Contact

For a stand, or to correct a listing, email info@brijnco.com. If a date looks wrong, include the show name and the organiser page you are looking at.
