This notice explains how AU Trade Shows (autradeshows.com) handles personal information. It is written to align with the Australian Privacy Principles; have it reviewed before running paid campaigns at scale.

Who we are

AU Trade Shows is an independent calendar of Australian trade shows, operated in connection with Brijnco, an Australian exhibition stand builder. We are not a show organiser and are not affiliated with the shows or venues listed. See how dates are checked, and how this site relates to Brijnco. Contact: info@brijnco.com.

What the stand brief collects

When you submit a stand brief we collect what you enter — name, work email, phone, company, website, target show, stand size and type, budget band, timeline, design-asset status, your message and how you heard about us — plus the page address, any campaign (UTM) tags, and the date and time of submission. For security and spam prevention our endpoint also sees your IP address, approximate country and browser type.

How it is used and shared

Your brief is sent to Brijnco so they can contact you about exhibition stand services — that is the purpose of the form. We assign a simple priority (hot / warm / cold) from your budget, timeline, stand size and show date to help them respond. We do not sell your information.

Service providers that process the brief on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and the serverless form endpoint.
  • Resend — delivers the brief by email to Brijnco’s inbox.
  • Optionally, a workflow or CRM tool connected by webhook to log enquiries. Some providers may store data outside Australia.

Retention

The website itself does not keep a database of briefs. Copies are held in Brijnco’s email and any connected CRM for as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, then deleted or de-identified.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymisation, to see which pages are useful. GA4 sets first-party cookies. Details are in the Cookie policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it — email info@brijnco.com. If you are unhappy with how we handled your information you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
